Office Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm, closing for lunch from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday: By appointment (these are inspection and meeting days in which we are typically not in the office)

If you have an after-hours emergency please call (602) 647-3034 for assistance. The most common after hours emergencies are main line water leaks. These are water leaks that will continue to flow versus a drip that will stop dripping when the water cycle finishes.

**The Association office has officially moved into the garage of the 2nd to the last new Shea model home (3530 Maverick Drive) located north of the Ranch House. Please enter through the garage service door.**
